You can use the SMTPSaveImportErrors setting described in this technote: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27003007

This will allow you to capture the inbound MIME data and analyze the structure.

BTW: MIME messages don't normally nest very deeply -- just two or three levels in most cases. Where you could get into deeper nesting is with MIME messages that contain attached MIME messages (content-type message/rfc822) that contain MIME attached messages, or some other cascade of nested content-types.
